How much will my delivery cost?

All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout process by below you will find an overview of our delivery charges. All standard  delivery charges will automatically be added to the cart so you know the correct charge has been selected. If you are ok of our standard UK delivery area and a surcharge is required we will contact you with any additional amount before shipping your product to you.

Medium/Large Item delivery (Mirrors, Medium Furniture etc...) £19.99

Delivery over £750 for mainland UK is FREE

UK Extended Area Dispatch Fees (excluding Northern Ireland).

For large items based on dimensions and or weight we use specialist couriers to ensure safe handling.
If your delivery address and items purchased falls into this category the following charges will apply per order.

Delivery areas that some of our medium to large items may incur Surcharges.
Depending on our carrier we may need to add a delivery surcharge to orders in certain areas of the UK. This will not be applied at checkout and we will only contact you if the surcharge is require, which is rare.
Surcharges can be up to £35 per order depending on the Postcode area you fall into below:

How long will my delivery take?

A lot of our products are bespoke or made to order and as such can take additional time above our stock product to make and deliver.

For in stock and non-bespoke items we normally deliver within 7 days of order but products can take up to 28 days to deliver depending on the type of item.
You can expect delivery of a made to order items to be 2-8 weeks from the date of ordering.  

Delivery of your order can be any time from 7am until 9pm weekdays.

Return shipping to us would be at your own cost and would not be refunded, also the shipping charge you have paid would not be refunded if items have been sent to you.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund the cost will be deducted from this.

If you are shipping a return for an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery is to ground floor only. If Delivery to another floor is required please contact us for a quote.
All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must report this to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please visually inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.

The company will not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect assembly.

Failed Delivery

As most of our items including our furniture is heavy or fragile we use specialist companies to delivery our product to you the customer. We absorb most of the shipping costs to make our products cheaper for you and as such only charge you a minimal one off charge. Before the date of delivery you will be notified by the delivery company what your intended delivery date will be, you will also be given a 3 hour time slot. If the date and time are not convenient for you please do not agree to the date and time, another will be allocated that is suitable for you. If you agree to a date and a time you will need to be at the delivery address at that specific date and time. If you do not keep to the agreed date and time and a redelivery has to be scheduled you will incur a further delivery charge which may be greater than your original delivery cost.
